The thermo-regulation system is built right into the floor of the carrier which heats or cools the floor plate as needed. The unique folding handle allows the carrier to be maximally portable because it spans the entire length of the carrier, and conveniently folds down for ease of use. The handle may also be used as a holding safety mechanism to restrain the carrier in a vehicle.
